What is included in the grooming cost?
Our grooming service is comprehensive, excluding only matt removal. The full groom package encompasses a soothing bath with premium natural shampoos, a conditioning treatment, and a blueberry facial for stain elimination. We then perform a thorough hand blow-dry, followed by either a custom haircut or our specialized 5-step de-shedding process. The service is completed with nail trimming and filing, teeth brushing, and ear cleaning, including ear hair removal when necessary.What if my dog is matted?
For minor matting in small areas such as the tail or ears, we will attempt gentle removal using specialized products and tools for an additional fee of $15 per area, provided the matts are not too close to the skin. In cases of severe matting covering larger body areas, the most humane and stress-free approach is to shave the affected areas. We prioritize your dog's comfort and well-being, so we do not offer full dematting services. We will always consult with you before proceeding with any necessary shaving due to matting.How do your mobile appointments work?
You will receive a text message when we are en route from our previous appointment. Upon arrival at your home, we will send another text to notify you. Please note that we require a level surface for parking. If your driveway is unsuitable, we may need to park on the street. We kindly request that you escort your dog to our mobile salon, where we can discuss any specific instructions. Our state-of-the-art mobile grooming van is equipped with a 50-gallon heated water supply and climate control for your dog's comfort. We generate our own power, eliminating the need for external connections. For anxious pets or owners, we provide updates via text and photos during the grooming process. Once the grooming is complete, we will contact you to return your freshly groomed dog.What is your cancellation policy?
We understand that unforeseen circumstances may necessitate appointment cancellations. We kindly request a 48-hour notice to allow us to fill the vacant slot. There is no charge for the first cancellation. However, subsequent cancellations will require full payment for the missed appointment. As a courtesy, you will receive an automated reminder 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment.
